If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Unifclothingx will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label when available.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please provide:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
